Exploring Grief...

Where are you in the grieving process? We will discuss what grief and the "grieving process" actually is. We will also review the myths and fallacies of grief.


Lifestyle Changes...

Eating healthy food, exercising and movement, are important during grief as your body and brain need proper nutrition and strength while going through the grieving process and making positive lifestyle changes..


Mindset Shifts...

False beliefs are common during grief, causing more pain and suffering than necessary. We will shift these beliefs into empowering beliefs.


Spiritual Connection...

It is important to reconnect with yourself and your beliefs for spiritual healing
